Payment Options Orders may be placed online by using PayPal or by calling us at 401-683-0550. We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sales Tax A 7% sales tax will be charged for all shipments within the state of Rhode Island. Shipping Policy Free UPS ground or USPS shipping will apply to all orders shipped within the continental US. We are not able to ship to PO addresses. Turnover Time Each piece is hand made, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Order Status If you need to know the status of your order, please email us at kfhjewelry@cox.net Return Policy If you are not satisfied, we will accept all returns within 14 days of the invoice and shipment. Refunds will only be made if the jewelry is unused and undamaged. All returns must be shipped at the buyers expense and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund in the form of a credit back to the card used to make the original purchase will be given - minus the initial shipping costs.
